Voice Intelligence
The information exists, but entering data usually requires both hands, a screen, and time that busy work rarely allows.
Turn what your team says on the move into a structured record.
A driver notices a vehicle issue during a shift. A sales manager wants to record a client concern right after a call. A maintenance tech wraps up a service check on a busy day. In each case, the person knows what should be documented, but they rarely have a quick and simple way to do it without breaking their flow.
Voice Intelligence solves this by turning spoken input a great way to enter data. You speak, the system listens, converts your words to text, fixes the grammar while keeping your meaning, finds key details, and sends everything to the right place in the app. This all happens in less than 300 milliseconds for recordings up to three minutes.
The result is a real productivity boost for businesses where staff would rather get things done than fill out forms all day.
What the system does with a voice note
QwickSoft Voice Intelligence does more than just turn audio into text. When a voice note arrives, the system processes it through several steps:
- Transcribes the spoken content accurately across supported languages
- It rephrases and improves grammar, while keeping the original meaning and context.
- It translates when the input and output languages are different.
- Pulls out important data fields on its own, like names, addresses, dates, times, quantities, quality checks, urgency, and priority flags
- Sends the extracted info straight to the right fields in the app
- It ensures the finished entry appears for the right staff member or manager almost instantly.
A customer can speak a concern into the mobile app, and the right team member receives it almost instantly, all in the correct format. No extra effort is needed.
Current deployment
Voice Intelligence is in active beta deployment across QwickSoft’s CRM platform, in the customer support and lead management modules. A select group of clients are using it in live operational conditions, and their experience informs ongoing refinement.
Inside the CRM, users send voice notes that go through transcription, grammar polish, data extraction, and routing, all automatically. Drivers, salespeople, and managers update records just by talking to the app: no pausing work, no forms to fill, no computer or laptop required. Customer issues are captured on the spot and sent to the right staff member in a flash just by the app.
Language support
Our Voice Intelligence already supports English, German, Tamil, and Hindi. It can transcribe, rephrase, and translate across Indian languages with strong accuracy. Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu are planned for the future. We can add more languages as needed, but QwickSoft only adds a new language when its word error rate is low enough for real-world use. A voice system that makes mistakes causes less trust, so we add new languages only when they are truly ready.
Performance and latency
For voice recordings up to three minutes, the whole pipeline- transcription, grammar check, and data pick-up- finishes in under 300 milliseconds. That speed comes from super-fast language model inference.
Speech-to-text for longer recordings over three minutes usually takes between 600 and 1,200 milliseconds, depending on the length, language, and complexity. Most real-world voice notes are under three minutes, so they move through the process quickly.
Noise handling
The standard setup works well in clean audio environments, such as a vehicle cab, site office, or quiet workspace. For very noisy places like depots, construction sites, or shopping malls, QwickSoft offers an upgraded noise reduction feature you can enable if needed. There is also multi-voice separation for situations with more than one speaker. Both options are available for clients who need strong performance in challenging sound environments.
Next platform target
Voice Intelligence is now being tested with the Vehicle Management System, starting with English and Tamil for maintenance logs. Once word accuracy meets our standards, technicians will be able to log service notes, part replacements, and inspections simply by speaking, right from the vehicle or shop floor. There will be no need to return to a terminal.
The practical outcome
People working in fast-paced environments should not have to choose between doing their job and keeping records accurate. Voice Intelligence removes that problem. Information goes directly from the person who knows it to the system that needs it, with no stopping, sitting down, or typing required.
For any business where fast and accurate data entry impacts service, response times, or important decisions, this provides a real and measurable advantage.
