F&B Enterprise Platform

Every waiter or waitress wants the same thing: take orders quickly and get them to the kitchen even faster to keep customers happy.

Every order, table, and outlet on one connected floor.

Restaurant Operations and F&B Enterprise Platform

However, speed without control can lead to problems. Fast order taking or unsynced billing often relies on guessing what the kitchen still has, not on actual counts. Customers end up waiting the longest when those guesses are wrong. DineQ takes away the uncertainty. Each order and settled bill updates the kitchen inventory in real time, so you get both speed and accuracy without having to choose between them.

Restaurants that use standalone POS systems and manual inventory tracking deal with daily challenges. Paper kitchen tickets can get lost or delayed during busy times, which leads to longer prep times and more mistakes. Stock levels are often guessed instead of measured, so shrinkage or waste can go unnoticed, costing money or raising production costs. Incorrect inventory data and missed recipe margins can quietly reduce profits as ingredient prices change, since there’s no way to compare current costs with past menu prices. Sometimes, vendor deliveries are accepted without checking them against the original order, which can lead to overbilling that manual processes rarely catch in time.

What the platform manages

  • Point of sale and table management. Dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders are handled from one billing engine, with table merging, transfers, item-level and bill-level splitting, and multi-tender payment settlement including cash, card, UPI, and digital wallets.
  • Kitchen order routing and display. Kitchen and bar tickets route automatically to the correct preparation station the moment an order is placed, replacing paper slips with a live display that tracks preparation stages and station performance.
  • Automated recipe costing and stock depletion. When a bill settles, a background process reads the items sold, matches them against master recipes, and deducts the exact ingredient quantities from batch inventory. Stock reflects what has actually left the kitchen, not what someone assumes has left it.
  • Procurement and vendor management. Requests for quotations, purchase orders, and goods receipt notes bring discipline to purchasing, verifying delivered quantities against what was ordered before a vendor invoice is accepted.
  • Customer loyalty and digital wallets. Tiered loyalty programmes, digital wallets, promotional coupons, and referral tracking give F&B businesses a structured way to bring guests back, rather than relying on memory or informal discounting.
  • Financial accounting. A full chart of accounts, journal posting, accounts payable and receivable, and cost centre reporting give finance teams outlet-level profit and loss visibility without reconstructing it from separate systems.

How it works

When an order is placed at the table or counter, it goes straight to the right kitchen or bar station as a ticket. The kitchen display tracks preparation until it’s done. Once the bill is settled, the system automatically matches sold items to recipes and deducts the right ingredients from stock. If stock drops below a set level, a purchase request can be made, moving through supplier comparison, purchase order, and goods receipt. The verified delivery then updates stock and vendor payables in the same record.

Where this fits

DineQ is designed for independent restaurants, multi-outlet F&B chains, cloud kitchens, quick service franchises, and bars or fine dining places that want billing, kitchen operations, inventory, procurement, and accounting all in one system. The technology can also be used in other point-of-sale settings where recipe-based or item-based stock tracking, kitchen routing, and integrated procurement add value.

A note on scope

DineQ is a fully developed platform, built and proven. It remains available as it is or modifiable for F&B businesses who want to discuss their own operational challenges and what it can do for their operation.
